Reached out to Greg Lesser, General Manager, twice and never got a return call. I believe his staff should at least assure car is properly aligned on track before customer is motioned to pull forward. Damage to my wheel cover was not necessary and it should be have addressed by the business. At the very least, a refund for my car wash would have been appreciated. I have been going to car washes for the last 28 years and have never experienced this type of damage.
I had a premium detail done and I’m very happy with the results. My car looks great! Price was reasonable and staff was very friendly!

Awful. I had a 4 pm appointment, showed up, business was closed. No phone call to let me know they were canceling appointments. Super frustrating when you make an hour drive from out of town to make the appointment.
Sure would be nice if y’all were opened during the hours advertised.

I just went in for a detailing appointment first thing this morning, and the employee could not find it in the book. That is just a mistake someone made, and I understand that. HOWEVER, the employee did not try to make the situation right or even to reschedule with me, which was surprising. At 8 months pregnant, trying to get ready for a baby and have a clean car, I was not happy. Had he at least TRIED to make things right, I would be more understanding.
First time I went here today and got our Jeep Cherokee detailed. The employees were very polite and friendly and they did an awesome job. No complaints here! We will definitely be back!
