I bought a lifetime warranty muffler there three years ago, and felt lucky I had as it only lasted 3 years before it rusted through. Called them up and set up an appointment to get it replaced as I still had the paperwork and receipt. They informed me I needed a warranty card- of which I was never given. I had all my paperwork with and they refused to replace their lifetime warranty muffler. I highly recommend you do not give them your business, buyer beware.
Craig is the best. I have found he has the best pricing and is always available in my car's time of need. I have never had any problems with his work and have never had to return my car after a job has been done
