Yesterday Alan at Z-Tronix was kind enough to drop what he was doing and get my internet back on track. I'd been a day and a half fighting with it and with a calm, competant manner, he went to work. He had it all fixed in 1/2 hour. His price for shop time is more than fair. Also, the other people working there are friendly and efficient. His expertise is a great asset to Seaford!
have used this shop many times in the last 3 years. have never taken a computer in for repair or had a house call repair done, that wasn't done prompley and correctly. The whole staff seems to know what they are doing and certainly know how to treat and speak to customers. have recommended this shop to many friends and have heard of no complaints only thaks.
I've been to this shop twice. Each time the staff was professional and at the same time easy to approach about my problems. The first time I replaced an old hard drive with a similar capacity drive which had to be ordered. No money was needed as a down payment. The next time I had took a brand new home-built computer with a RAID1 drive. It was working fine but while trying to get the USB ports to work I lost video to my computer screen.
