Was billed for not just what I needed, but also things I asked them not to do. My daily driver was stuck in the shop for 25 days, almost a month of them going back and forth, saying "it'll be ready tomorrow" while having my car at a Ford dealership, arguing with them about the price of their work, meanwhile I've almost lost my job from using all my vacation time and ride favors I had. I took my car in for an alignment and they told it wasn't needed. They just charged me for their time and I got the Costco discount! Highly recommend!
