I bought a brand-new home for my mother about three years ago, and the house literally started falling apart within the same year. I repeatedly contacted the company to fix the issues, but they either didn’t respond or wouldn’t show up. On the few occasions they did come out, the problems were never actually repaired. They delayed long enough for the warranty to expire and still never resolved the issues. I would strongly advise others not to build a house with this company. Attached pictures for proof.
