Not impressed w Cesar De La Cruz lack of communication. Especially when it’s regarding an offer on a property! I mean a text or email takes 10-15 seconds.
Well it all started with the best realtor on the Z- Team in Cesar De La Cruz. He is very professional, made himself available at any time to show us houses that we were interested in until we found the one! At every showing Cesar would give his professional opinion as to the value and state of the property. I am not and never was interested in selling my home. These creeps contacted me with unsolicited pictures of my house trying to get me to sell to them. I feel violated. Edit 8/20/2020: Well, the mailers have your company's name/address/other contact info on them and I just got another one in the mail today. Edit 9/15/2020: Just got yet another mailer with a picture of my house, a message saying Saul Z would like to enter talks to buy my house, and all the contact info for Z Team.
