Update to my first review: Kayla Fikany had a *really* difficult 7 months with our crazy, confusing transactions. She dealt with a ridiculous number of contract amendments in a complex and frustrating situation. She persevered and guided us to the eventual closings on our old home and our new home on the same day. Kayla was awesome throughout the entire process. As an out of town seller, selling a house can be very stressful. Kayla showed up within hours of my call since I only had a few hours in Las Cruces before heading back to Arizona.
