The property management team made the transition as smooth as possible. They were great!
Don't use this property management company. They will take your money for no reason. I updated all the toilets and ceiling fans and electrical outlets and switches and window coverings and they made up a story about not being able to have locking interior doors knobs which is a croc. And they charged me $600 out of my security deposit for that and cleanup which I had done prior to leaving and left receipts and the place was spotless compared to when we moved in.
