I have tried to be a pretty good and understanding tenant during my time here. I don’t make many complaints, and I have been patient and reasonable when issues have come up. For example, I had a hole in my bathroom ceiling due to upstairs plumbing issue that remained there for over a month, and I never asked for a discount or made a major issue out of it. We have been at Dana for a little over a year. We have had nothing but a great relationship with maintenece and management. We had a fridge break on a Saturday, and by Monday we had a brand new one installed ready to go. They are definitely working to renovate the apartments, keep the grounds clean and tidy, and provide a nice and affordable living space. Maintence guys have always been super nice and respectful.

I’ve had a great experience so far! The team is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about keeping the property clean, safe, and well-maintained. Any questions or maintenance requests have been handled quickly, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do. Highly recommend!
