The view was the only thing we liked, which was great as we could see nearly everything in mid-town Manhattan. Other than that, check-in was bad, room service was terrible, location was extremely poor... the list goes on. There was no concierge, the reception staff (only 1 person) was sullen and looked like she did not want to work at the hotel, etc. Nuff said, the ordeal was terrible. Plus we paid USD836 for 2 nights, but thought it was for 3 nights as we were leaving the hotel to fly out of JFK at 10.15pm, so we needed the... read more

Schöner Blick auf die Skyline von Manhatten. 10 Minuten bis zur nächsten U-Bahn Station. Zimmer war bei uns immer sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Freitag und Samstag ist auf der Dachterasse immer extrem laute Musik. Sodass an Schlaf nicht zu denken ist. Die Musik läuft teilweise bis früh 4 Uhr. Unser Zimmer war auf der 10 Etage. Wir konnten jedes Lied hören. Wir würden dieses Hotel aufgrund der Lautstärke nicht noch einmal buchen.

Minha experiência foi extremamente decepcionante. Para um hotel com esse preço, o mínimo seria oferecer limpeza básica, mas os elevadores pareciam abandonados, sujos e malcheirosos. Impressionante! A localização, além de isolada, exige uma longa caminhada até o metrô. A questão das toalhas também é inaceitável: disponibilizavam apenas uma por dia e não havia toalha de piso; após o banho, a água do banheiro escorria para a sala e alagava tudo. A vista pode até ser bonita, mas nada compensa tantos problemas. Não recomendo.
