Very disappointing stay despite this being advertised as a 4-star hotel. On the morning of our checkout day, we discovered that there was no hot water in our room. When we called the front desk, the only solution offered was to move us to another room because there was apparently no one available to look into the issue. It’s weird how some small details can change the whole experience. A couple of plastic glasses; the aircon noise and specially the receptionist not being supportive at all.

The employees are super great, only reason it gets two stars. The actual rooms feel like they aren't cleaned properly - on arrival we needed to request a new room due to the door being broken in the bathroom (mind you the doors do not shut or have any lock on them its a piece of class three inches from the wall ) and the towels in the first room had hair all over them.
