I am only doing this review since Anna left, I had to try a different staff. I was late to my appt. but that doesn't mean a bad job should be done. I went there on 2/18 to get a mani & pedi with Jen and she did not do a good job. She was rushing. She cut one of my nails on my left toe too short. She made my finger bleed and when I mentioned it to her she didn't seem to care. I will not use her again. Maybe that day wasn't her good day.

Did gel nails,3 days later nails split down to the meat on side 2 and 3 nails at a time. Very painful. Called to complain. Apology not sincere. Saw receptionist handing out flyers, I told her"never Again" she claimed I never been to her salon. I reply "I have bank statements" she seamed shocked. As a diabetic and consumer I question how sanitary are they? I suggest anyone thats been to this salon to get testing for hepatitis.
