very rude very dirty very overpriced very waste of time dipped nails didnt even last a week
Watched the owner treat a customer very poorly, very unprofessional as her husband sat back and laughed. I understand why the customer was upset as I would be too. I will never returned after seeing how they handle Their own mistake and how poorly they treated a customer of their establishment, not to mention the cleanliness, and the overall outcome is mediocre

This place sucks!! That lady does not know how to do nails!! My nails and my sister's nails look pathetic!!!! We will definitely not go back there!!!!! And the lady was rude as hell!!!
I just went here yesterday and it wasn’t the greatest experience. First issue was that I had to wait over an hour to even get my nails done. I told her I was wanting a completely new set as I had nails on already. She started snapping them in half with a clipper which was painful. She then uses a nail tip to pull them off which was also painful. While she was filing my nails it was burning and stinging. My nails are very lopsided and uneven.
