Poor service & parking; good doesn't outweigh the bad Parking is on the street and often filled by yoga studio next door. There is a parking lot which is further and across a very busy main street. Paid for 80 massage but actually got less than 60 minutes I visited Z Med Spa for the first time lately. The price I thought was reasonable considering they were having a special 20% off massage for that month. However, I have paid for a 80-minute massage. Get Away from it all at Z My wife and I treated ourselves to a romantic massage on Valentine's Day this year at Z Med Spa in Pasadena. I've been known to enjoy a spa treatment once in a while and I'm not afraid to admit it. We had a very pleasant experience at Z Med Spa. Nice Environment, High Tech Facials, BUT Painful Well I had a satisfactory experience at Z Med Spa. It is very nicely decorated and front office staff are friendly. The aestheticians use high quality products. Nonetheless, it was one of the more painful facials I have had in quite a while (and I have been a facial regular for several years with other local salons). Wonderful! I'm stingy with my 5 star ratings - this place deserves it. I called and wasn't sure what I needed for my skin. The receptionist took a long time with me on the phone recommending treatments. At my appointment, the setting was very relaxed and my facialist was great -she explained everything and even suggested I didn't get the pricier treatment I was looking into. I left with my face glowing. If you want to relax and get rid of blemishes quickly - go for the pumpkin peel!
I come here for facials. I would highly recommend this spa because their prices are fair and their treatments are excellent. Their line of products, Oxygen, is also resonably priced.
