We’ve used a number of HVAC companies in Taos. They are all expensive. But Jesse and Z MECHANICAL are super knowledgeable, available, and transparent. A wonderful resource to have for this community.
We’ve had Jesse out I think four times now and we’ve been super happy with all the work. Such a relief to have someone so knowledgeable in Taos.
A mom and pop type company. Very unprofessional and basis decisions off of emotions. Not the way to do business. The business probably got passed down from another generation. They seem pretty uneducated. Def wouldn’t use them!
Called on Friday to get on the Z Mechanical schedule. Was pleased with the reviews that I had seen online. Phone answered immediately and was set up with an appointment this morning (Tuesday) at 0730. Home from work to wait for them to arrive. It is now 10am, no phone call and did not show up. Have called and left several messages. Hoping that everyone is safe, will update my review as appropriate.
Fantastic support and incredibly responsive. A couple of years ago our boiler went out and they installed a new boiler system quickly for our radiant heating. Since then they have provided excellent support for other components and always in a timely manner. They are very responsive to phone calls and text and treat emergencies as emergencies. It's a pleasure having this wonderful business in Angel Fire.
