Fantastic support and incredibly responsive. A couple of years ago our boiler went out and they installed a new boiler system quickly for our radiant heating. Since then they have provided excellent support for other components and always in a timely manner. They are very responsive to phone calls and text and treat emergencies as emergencies. It's a pleasure having this wonderful business in Angel Fire.

I texted Z Mechanical after 5 PM on an afternoon with a heating emergency. Jesse came over to check out the problem that evening, made a temporary fix, and then fixed the problem early the next morning! Excellent customer service and a reasonable price!

I had a great experience with Z Mechanical. The work was done well and the price was reasonable. They replaced two old shower valves in our 1982 built home. Scheduling was easy and I got a text when they were on the way. The job ended up being rather difficult given the access and old plumbing so Steve called in some extra help and they finally got it done after 6pm. I used them a few times but not anymore! I would give them one star but Jesse is a good plumber. Dealing with the secretary Tavita is a headache. I was on their schedule for two weeks, Tavita calls the day before appointment and says they need reschedule. Then made it seem like it was my fault when I was unable to accommodate. If they make a mistake you better be ready to pay up. They will not admit fault, and have no problem charging you again for a job that was supposed to be done the first time. There's actually someone who answers the phone, every time I called! They arrived on time, replaced my water heater, and cleaned up afterwards. Rate is very reasonable.
