Zayda is like no other in the business! Unmatched in kindness, wisdom, market knowledge, building rapport and assisting in EVERY step along the way. If you need a babysitter, she's there. If you need help painting, she brings paint and a brush. If you need talked down off the ledge, she brings peace and comfort. She has a magnificent team; second to none!! Can't recommend highly enough!
I actually enjoyed chatting and discussing the variety of options she had available for my family. They were all great homes, although I ultimately decided to stay in Kansas City I would definitely work with Miss. Maryland again if I considered moving to Iowa
