Ipek roofing put on a new roof and rebuilt a chimney on my Dad’s house. After nine years the rebuilt chimney flue cracked. My Dad was elderly and a WWII vet and I wasn’t sure whether he had contacted the roofer before he passed away , to tell Ipek the chimney failed. I contacted Ipek starting last year, no less than 6 times, and each time the receptionist says someone will get back to me. I needed to demolish stone steps leading into my home as they were crumbling and looked awful. After spending the better part of a morning and having made little progress my wife called the Ipeks. Within about half an hour four of them descended on our home and seeing the problem, sent one of the sons back for a heavy duty hydraulic hammer. I tried to get an estimate for a roof. When I called I was told "no problem" and it would be done in a day ir two. After the two days I called for an update and was told that they didn't get to it and weren't sure when they could. They wasted 2 days of my time! I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
