Old dirty studios needs remodeling very bad,says no smoking building but most units smells like people smoke inside, management doesn't do much if u need anything and most units Airbnb rented by management but you cant do it lol Dont forget this building so old and nasty full of roaches, but they dont care dont bother complaining about it know one cares. p.S. they wouldn’t let you do airbnb here but owners son ( friend) took more then 5 units doing airbnb him self !!!!!
This location is just Amazing! I have lived here for 4 years and you will not find a better value anywhere in the Gold Coast. The studios are updated, the owners are very friendly (they offered all tenants free laundry during the Covid crisis), and the building is very well maintained. I would highly recommend this building!
