Our designer recommended my husband and I look at a mirrored chest here. When we walked into the store no greeting, no one to help us. So we waited awhile and nothing. At first I thought they were just busy but a few folks walked in after us and were greeted. Maybe they assumed we could not afford to shop there. Big mistake! Huge! I going shopping somewhere else.
Zgallerie has lost credibility and business due to horrible customer service, sending defective items, and putting restrictions on returns. They are closing 20 stores in the country. They keep advertising 'sale' and coupons to get rid of stuff from stores and send defective items to customers and force them to pay restocking fees or even refusing any returns no matter what...Please do not make the mistake of purchasing anything from this company..
