I have never left a bad review but I hope to spare anyone my same experience. I went in as a first time patient for a teeth cleaning. I was called to the back where the hygenist began to polish my teeth. No scraping, not plaque removal, no flossing. The whole time she was flattering me, saying how well I take care of my teeth. I don't and they were long overdue for a cleaning. She did not take any panoramic x-rays nor did she chart my teeth. I specifically asked her about a cavity that I had ignored.
