My card was charged (814.33 USD) and they refused to deliver the order! Made the order online and the order went through charging my card and no confirmation was given. Despite many calls, emails and even after PROVIDING PROOF, that I was charged, the seller claims that there is no order and they cannot deliver the goods without an invoice. The experience was more like I was talking to a wall. They wont return the calls, wont reply to your mails to sort out the issue. Better stay away from these guys !
The service I have recieved from Z Car Source has always been great. Their willingness to assist in accommodating quick timelines as well as their knowledge of Z cars and their many parts is second to none. When ordering a pair of new rockers for my car they were fast and friendly with assisting in my order and picking up my parts. Keep up the good work guys!
I ordered a throttle linkage for my husbands 260Z from Z Car Source. The next day I got a call from Scott who wanted to verify he was sending out the right part (depending on the month of production it could vary). He had me take a photo with a tape measure and luckily he did that because I had ordered the wrong thing. He got the right part and called to let me know it was less expensive and he had already taken care of the change in price on my cc and got it out that day. I get emails from Z car source and have bought parts there in the future. I looked on the website found the product I needed. I needed the lense for the front right marker light. It showed available as did the whole assembly. I inquired about the lense and notified it was not available. It’s an aftermarket product and they would not be getting any for a while. Tried to order online today (Sept 13, 2022). When the website locked up I called and was informed (via recording) that Z Car Source "closed" as of Friday September 9th. Looks like the company is belly up.
