I own a bike shop in Colorado. I was in town to visit my family and came upon my nephew's bike that needed repair. After finding that my dad's tools could not get the job done, I visited Z Bike Shop. Eric and staff are knowledgeable and professional. I was in and out of there with a fixed bike and a smile on my face. Thank you Z Bike Shop.
Great knowledgeable friendly shop. The guys there ride and race and really know what they're talking about. All the other shops in town want to "make a deal" but Z Bike Shop gave me the info on the type of bike and more importantly the size. Highly recommended!
These guys are great when I have a problem I want it fixed immediately and get back on the road and every time they come through dropping what they are doing and get it done for me. They are bikers for bikers genuinely passionate about what they do and they spend the time showing what the problem is and also spend time explaining how to do simple repairs!
Who ever is running this shop has never heard of customer service. the only thing worse then waiting for 15 minutes for the "mechanic" to change a tube is having to hear him having a conversation on the phone with his girlfriend while you wait. I understand that sometimes mechanics don't interact with the customer much, but there is no excuse for the person running the register to sit there and insult you while they charge you $15 for a tube change. I have purchased two bikes here so far and my 3rd bike pretty much will be from the same place. I had issues with my SRAM rear deraulure and they addressed it a few months later and installed a new one. NOt sure why the guy below is crying? Waiting 15min to change out and install a new inner tube is reasonable. Dunkin Donuts in the morning takes longer than that to get my order at times.
