🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷 2/4/26 I rated 4 Stars cuz I just had my first ride with y'all! I made my appt a week early thru my Ins. The day before I called just to say I'm still going. They did not see my ride at all 🤔🧐; so they set up a new ride for me. Next day 40 min before my pickup time I didn't hear anything. I called and was told that no driver had been dispatched to come get me! I was now in panick mode big-time! She put me on hold and said a driver grabbed it but she didn't know who nor an eta! We actually love this transportation place we love the drivers especially Mr. Thomas and Mr. Richard my mom loved riding with them they treat her with so much respect and kind thank you gentlemen for that 🙏🏾 there is some problems though nothing major just the dispatch lady Angela be sounding like she hates her job sometimes but nothing I couldn't handle!!! But other then that thanks z best

I have never had a problem with this transportation company for my daughter who is disabled and wheelchair bound. Every person from call center to drivers has always been very respectful.

The dispatcher Angela is very rude, whenever my disabled sister or mother needs a ride she gives them a hard time. I understand that her job may be hard but it's hard for people to ask for help when this is the attitude they receive. Do better.
