The dispatcher Angela is very rude, whenever my disabled sister or mother needs a ride she gives them a hard time. I understand that her job may be hard but it's hard for people to ask for help when this is the attitude they receive. Do better.
Just signed up with Z best transportation it was fast and easy and so far everything looks real good thanks . Daryl
This place is as OK as it gets for transportation and I would like to emphasize okay although they are prompt and on time the couple of experiences I've had with them have been awkward and rude there's this one lady that picks you up she's on the heavier side but she's fine and I would never judge someone for their weight but then as she's dropping you down or I should say your chair she's heavy breathing on you like everything is the hardest Task she's ever done
The drivers are exceptionally prompt and aware of my destination time and travel thank you Z Best for being there for me at least 5 yrs God bless each one of u!!!
We LOVE Zbest!! From dispatch...MS. ANGELA & MS. VANESSA....to ALL the awesome drivers(too many to name!). We have been riding with Zbest EXCLUSIVELY BY CHOICE for over 4yrs. They are the only company in our 30 yrs of dealing with my sons quadriplegia, that has called to follow up AFTER the drop off on a one way trip to make sure my son made it home safely.....NO ONE HAS EVER DONE THAT BEFORE!
