The worst transportation, they were never on time, they drive without caution, asked for directions when they have the GPS on, made us wait 45 minutes, and also made us late to our appointments.

Everytime I called Angela the dispatcher is very rude and gives me a hard time to set up simple rides I used to take this transportation service but the disrespect I get from her is every single time and I understand her job can be hard but still don't release frustration on other people. Now I don't use this medical transportation and I never will. Disrespectful tone and poor choice of words. Id rather not ever ride this transportation ever again and use something else

Was at a circle k on 35th ave and Deer Valley and 1 of your vans was in a handicap zone he came out of circle k with a beverage he had no passengers or handicap sign on plate or front window and no other passengers I do know he can use the spot if he is transporting a disabled person he was not we on the other hand are disabled he realized I was looking at him and eventually moved from handicap stop to a nonhandicap spot

This is the best medical transport I have ever used. Richard one of the drivers is just fantastic. Always on time. Highly recommend.
