Bud saved us from making a huge mistake. His inspection turned up a septic system that was listed as public sewer. Even the sellers contract had it listed as Public sewer so they didn't know either. Gonna call you soon Bud - We have other houses to look at.
Just finished up our inspection with Bud at our prospective newly constructed house (yes you need to get new homes inspected!). He was finished with the inspection when we arrived and gave us an in-depth description of the problems he found. Walking through and around the house Bud was very reassuring when pointing out problems that could be easily fixed by the builder before closing. Bud is very knowledgeable, thorough and has the heart of a teacher. He makes sure that the home-buyer knows exactly what he has discovered. He answers questions and really takes the time to explain things. :)
Bud is awesome very in depth and informatve. Was willing answer any questions and made sure you knew the importance of and how to properly maintain certain things around the home. I would Highly recommend his services in the future.
