pure crap. car alarm listed on special for $200. talked to a guy there the day before who said it included install. today im told an extra $250 on top of the price shown. these places need to stick to their word. would have been different if i was told correct from the get go. not a place i would ever do business with

RecommendedI called Z Autosound today because I decided to install my back up camera on my vehicle by myself and had some trouble with the actual wiring part... I’m pretty sure it was either the owner or manager that I spoke to. I didn’t get his name. but he was so kind, he even had me swing by and gave me some tips and checked it out for me. I figured out what I did wrong. I fixed it and succesfully installed my camera. My stereo in my SUV went out and I was gunna go with a standard factory replacement. I called and spoke with a gentleman named Sal. He listened to my situation and what I wanted to do. After he heard me out he offered some suggestions and options with absolutely no sales pressure what so ever. I ended up making over and hour drive to get to him.
