The shop don’t stand by their word, sabotaged my claim to try yo get my warranty claim denied because they couldn’t do the work I went to a new shop with the equipment and claim was approved same day also did not know I spoke Spanish and was rude and unprofessional in Spanish thinking I couldn’t understand I would not recommend if you don’t have time to bs
Saul is an amazing mechanic! Honest and very reasonably priced. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend Z Auto for all you automotive mechanic needs.
Wouldn’t recommend this place, they are way to high on prices. I was quoted over $1k for an alternator and battery with labor.
They fixed something, broke something during the fix and immediately had to go back. They don't stand by their work, they will make more mistakes, and they will avoid responsibility for those mistakes at your expense.
