Guy is knowledgable. Parts and labor should not be separated as they do not give warranty on parts and labor. Parts commission is added to the labor if you bring your own parts. So always combine their labor and parts together so that they are held accountable. Always get a quote upfront. The new front desk guy is not at all customer friendly. He is rude and mean.
Since I didn’t have a good experience with Honest auto near by, I took the car to the Z Auto repair shop next door who confirmed the issue with my car free of charge and gave me a more transparent quote and service. I highly recommend them.
Always bring your own parts they sell the parts 3 times extra price. I fixed my car for the part they charged me $350 without labor but the price in autozone was $75. And if you argue with them they will make another problem on your car so you can suffer or come back to them.
