They are very dishonest and will put used parts on your car. They will charge you triple the price. They do not honor their warranty. They will tell you to come in person to find a resolution just to ignore you and leave you driving away, unsafe

Guy is knowledgable. Parts and labor should not be separated as they do not give warranty on parts and labor. Parts commission is added to the labor if you bring your own parts. So always combine their labor and parts together so that they are held accountable. Always get a quote upfront. The new front desk guy is not at all customer friendly. He is rude and mean.
