While the **doctor and medical staff were excellent**—they were patient, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood everything—the **front desk service was incredibly poor and unprofessional**. Horrible front office person. I was turned away as I was not told my co pay would be $200. Then I was told I would be charged a missed appointment fee as I couldn't afford to be seen. No compassion. Last time I was seen I had a $0 co-pay I guess because it was a physical and apparently is different. I was trying to be seen today as I was struggling with my depression and wanted to talk about the new medicine he put me on but I was turned away. Doctors are great, customer service however is terrible. I was told insurance would cover cost for a visit & was told 2 months later it wasn’t & was charged those two months plus wasn’t called about it. It was my 3rd month appointment when I was made aware of this. Some sort of Communication would have been great before the next appointment.
