The main doctor is not so bad and seems to be a personable individual. While at the same time he doesn’t speak to me much while at the visits. The reason for the 1 star is the staff. Specifically the front desk staff. They’re extremely rude, ignore patients that call/email then refuse to refer you out to places. Please do not believe the responses I’m sure I’ll get on here, I had to directly go to speak to a manager to resolve the problem. After that the staff just smiled and laughed as I left. Very disappointing experience with this medical office. Their customer service is terrible, and there is a complete lack of transparency regarding costs. They call to confirm the appointment, but they do not tell the patient how much they will be expected to pay. Then, when you arrive and cannot afford the unexpected amount, they say you must pay a $25 cancellation fee, even though they failed to provide the cost in advance. This is unfair and unprofessional. Dr. Zamora is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly patient with his patients (pun intended). I came in for a pulmonary test before a big hike and received not only excellent medical advice but also some helpful hiking tips. It was refreshing not to feel rushed—he really takes the time to listen and go above and beyond. Highly recommend! And I am not sure what the other reviewers are talking about, but the supporting staff were friendly and attentive as well.

I have been a patient at this clinic for over five years. The doctors are very professional; the staff, on the other hand, is rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. They are incapable of performing their jobs correctly and are truly damaging the business's reputation. Other reviews will echo what I am saying here.
