Dr. Zevallos is fantastic but the thought of having to deal with the office manager or the front desk staff is enough to keep me from going unless I absolutely have to. They are very rude and disrespectful.. This has been an ongoing problem for years, even at the prior location.

⭐ Honestly, this was one of the most ridiculous experiences I’ve had. A doctor apparently decided my car needed to be towed, so I moved it. Problem solved, right? Nope. 🙃 After I moved my car and even left a note, I came back after work to find ANOTHER tow notice placed on my vehicle. If there was an issue with where I was parked, someone could have simply communicated that. I’ve been gone for 2 years and see why… I have an upcoming appointment and to be honest the front staff are not inviting and very rude. Can’t wait until tomorrow hope some sunshine would have came into theirs lives by then.

The main doctor is not so bad and seems to be a personable individual. While at the same time he doesn’t speak to me much while at the visits. The reason for the 1 star is the staff. Specifically the front desk staff. They’re extremely rude, ignore patients that call/email then refuse to refer you out to places. Please do not believe the responses I’m sure I’ll get on here, I had to directly go to speak to a manager to resolve the problem. After that the staff just smiled and laughed as I left. Very disappointing experience with this medical office. Their customer service is terrible, and there is a complete lack of transparency regarding costs. They call to confirm the appointment, but they do not tell the patient how much they will be expected to pay. Then, when you arrive and cannot afford the unexpected amount, they say you must pay a $25 cancellation fee, even though they failed to provide the cost in advance. This is unfair and unprofessional.
