Angela is super rude and unprofessional I called to move my appointment to an earlier date and she said it wasn’t possible so I calmly and politely asked to speak with someone else who was ACTUALLY going to do the procedure, she put me on hold and hung up. I had a frustrating experience with this doctor's office. I was promised a free trial of medical equipment, but after 30 days, I received a $150 bill via text message. During my next visit, the doctor confirmed that at the last appt that he did say that there should not have been a charge apologized for the misleading information. I later learned that the charge was for them applying the medical equipment. To "assist" me, they offered to discount the invoice, but I was still left with a bill of approximately $100.
