They set appointments but don’t follow through with the appointment time , been sitting in the waiting room for an hour and a half
I got received a referral to see Dr. Bachelor on January 6, 2025 and had heard nothing from the clinic since. I called in February 2025 to see about long it would take to get an appointment and was rudely told 12-18 months and then the receptionist hung up. I called again today after months of pain and the receptionist claimed they called me April 10, 2026 for an appointment but I cancelled. Had an assistant to my doctor continue to cut me off while I spoke about what was going on. As soon as I said “I’ve been having snot like discharge-“ she makes this disgusted face and says “ew!!” I think she was trying to comfort me.. clearly did not work. She did seem kind, but over all my whole conversation with her felt EXTREMELY unprofessional & rushed. I tried to laugh things off, but after realized it was because I was just so uncomfortable and vunreble- this young lady was about to do a pap swab on me. I never ended u... read more
