I’ve gone to aquacise and aqua Zumba and both classes were great! The water feels wonderful and you get a good work out. This is something I can do to keep a regular fitness routine that gives me joy instead of sweaty frustration.
My life has come to a complete change since I've gotten more consistent with the swimming aerobics class every morning... look so forward to mornings.... Yes they also have a work out exercise room and my only down fall is the hours of closing.. wished they would stay open a bit later. Highly recommend the aerobics for anyone and ones whom have sciatic pain and with back problems ... won't go away but sure helps. Try it out....they have a7 day pass for ones who want to try it out. Have a awesome day!
I had a great time taking the Floatfit class, enjoyed the instructor and her class.I challenged myself by jumping on the board and fell in!! Great core workout. Already saved my spot for a future class!
They have upgraded equipment, awesome staff and programs for all ages.
I'm rating the Afterschool program at Loma Verde Elementary Ms. NOELLE & Ms. NAOMI are the Best at taking care of out kids & showing what the Y is all about! Exercising, playing and keeping kids active! For the first time in 2 years my daughter attends this prorgan and it was nothing like this. Thesee girls turn it around. From the kids doing nothing and being bored and constantly fighting and now with them it's arts and crafts, jumping rope, playing games and playing outside in the playground! The best time to hang around with people that are your age. Just love to go Zumba swimming.
I love this place- it gives me my zen! I can let off steam with my WOW class or I can reach my happy place while dancing/exercising way in Zumba H2O! Thanks Diana, Juan and Karina- you guys make my day!
