Be aware! This is a SCAM company! Last year I rented an apartment through their agent Yiguang Kang. Originally, I planned to rent through the building referral program which would offer me $1500 incentives. However, their agent Yiguang Kang promised to offer me half month rent as rebates to rent through him instead. However, it's been almost a year, but I still haven't received the promised rebate. Really impressed with the attention to detail- My realtor is Katie and she is super sweet as well as helpful. She was able to answer our questions and even got back to us after hours. Would totally recommend them.
