Guy at the front desk could use a lesson on how to speak to customers. Stopped by today with a winter tire off the car that had a small nail in it. Would have taken 5 minutes to plug yet I get told in a smug manner by the guy at the counter to look outside at the weather and that it would take a day to get it fixed. I went down to Flemming Auto down the street and they were able to help me right away and not make me feel like a bother.
Chris is rude and condescending, he needs to work on his Customer Service skills. I'd rather give my money to someone who appreciates the business. My family and I will never go there again.
Great service, very fast, highly recommend
Very happy with my recent experience dealing here. Chris hooked me up with some new 22” tires for my project and was the best price apples to apples in the area including GTA. Dropped my car off, took a walk up to McDonald’s for an iced coffee and when I came back the car was finished ready to go. I’ve been a customer here for 15+ years, and always have a good experience. Thank you again, Chris and Scott!
