We had an amazing experience with Dr Yvonne Chan. We brought in my son who was suffering from hand numbness. She took it very seriously and poked his hands to delineate the numb area. She came up with a couple hypotheses and referred us to a neurologist, while also fast tracking an MRI of my son's cervical spines. What would usually take weeks of waiting around only took a few days to get the MRI and the neurologist appointment. She called us after hours on a Friday to inform us of the results of the MRI.
