I was trying to set an appointment as a new patient. Between my children being noisy and me feeling very ill, the receptionists had no compassion and instead gave me attitude when trying to look up my info. Asked to speak to someone above Griselda and she just transferred me to her coworker Adriana in the call center. Then Delaina a supervisor did nothing but make excuses…
I have never been able to actually speak or text to my Doctor aside from appointment. She always responded. She is brilliant. She is teaching new Doctors and still has time to help me. She is extremely kind and actually cares.
