This lady/lawyer Yvonne is beyond amazing soul and could have turned a blind eye to me knowing some struggles I’m having for my son and she didn’t she have me as much knowledge as I needed and told me I can counting to reach out if needed to ask questions. Do you deal in tenant land lord matters. I renovated a home in orange county ny. i have all my records and receipts stating the property manager allowed us to renovate the property in order for us to move in , the town came in did inspection and found the home was a 1 bedroom and not a 3 bedroom and won’t allow the landlord to sign a lease unless the septic system is updated for a family of 5. i spent 13k on materials and created a discounted labor rate for 17k . the whole home was remodeled.
