Do you deal in tenant land lord matters. I renovated a home in orange county ny. i have all my records and receipts stating the property manager allowed us to renovate the property in order for us to move in , the town came in did inspection and found the home was a 1 bedroom and not a 3 bedroom and won’t allow the landlord to sign a lease unless the septic system is updated for a family of 5. i spent 13k on materials and created a discounted labor rate for 17k . the whole home was remodeled. I have some questions , i was rear ended on december 1st 2025. There was no one on the scene of accident for 10 minutes. Me an my 3 children in the car a the person who hit me alone in his car. As soon as i was struck my daughter called the police and we stood on phone with dispatch.
