We recently ordered drywall from this company, and the entire process was smooth and easy from start to finish. Ordering was straightforward, delivery was on time, and the delivery team was excellent to deal with. I actually did not have a business transaction with this company.. however I did have an interaction with them this morning. I got the name of one of the guys; Greg I think.. driving a truck with forearm and hand tattoos. I must say I am incredibly impressed by how kind, professional, and generous they were. Shipping receiving is good but they don't have space to park trucks for sleep. Just go there on delivery time.
Wasted my last two weeks trying to buy columbia drywall tools from them. Bought a few and drove to Burlington from Guelph to pickup next day (paid on phone with credit card ) a week later got told in order to get the rest ordered I needed to go to a branch and pre pay ... or send e transfer or cash/certified cheque in order for them to order in. Seemed a little fishy so I disagreed to do so as if they go under I have no recourse .... fast forward a week later they ask me to fill out a form to pre auth the credit card so I do... read more
