STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL MEDICAL OFFICE. I'm writing this review after leaving this office with one of the worst customer service experience in a doctor's office in recent memory. After spamming me full of texts AND a phone call to confirm, I arrived to the office 5 minutes early after I took the time to fill out my information online beforehand. Very disappointed. My baby had tonsillitis and we’ve been on the books for over two months (that was the soonest they could see us) and all the sudden, a few days before the appointment they call to cancel/reschedule but I’ve already taken PTO and got her out of school and everything. This is so unprofessional. I’m going to find another doctor who’s more professional and doesn’t cancel on their patients mere days when they’ve been on the books waiting for over two months!
