Worst customer service ever! Super rude, doesn't provide good information, and hung up on my call.
Nice doctor to say the least but horrible office atmosphere and customer service. Best advice is they retire this practice.
No one answers the phone at the office. The phone rings and then hangs up on you. I physically went to the office today after having tried calling them over a 3 week period and getting no response. It was pitch black. I asked the adjacent offices if they knew anything about what was going on with Dr. Ans and they informed me that no one has seen Dr. Ans in months and that patients come into their offices all the time to ask if they know where Dr. Ans went. Dr Ans is a nice person once you meet her. She has no idea about her staff. But they are affecting her business in a negative way. I wonder why low pay? Or just donot care? I’m not sure but it’s a shame the doctor is a good person. The staff should be too.
