Let me start by I moved to Florida in October 2024, I did not want another family doctor I cried and cried bc I love mine in SC but she could no longer do telehealth visits and I had finally ran all the way out of meds I had to have. I found Dr Novak and it was amazing from the start the Office Manager was so friendly from the 1st call there and made my appointment fast. I’ve only been with Dr. Novak for about 2 years and I am so happy to have found such a caring doctor. She is always on top of things. She even had someone call me to find out if I needed anything after finding out I went to the emergency office one day and it was coming on a weekend and a holiday. She always follows up with me when she gets lab work results and any medical procedure on me. She explains the results to where I can understand. I love this Doctor! So happy to have found a great doctor and now a wonderful friend.
I have been Dr. Novak patient for almost 15 years she is great, no other doctor care more about her patients. Staff very inprove lately and is getting better with every visit.Very professional and welcoming you with a smile.Definitely would recommend to everyone.

I have been Dr. Novak patient for almost 15 years she is great, but her staff is getting worst every year. Every visit I'm waiting at list hour from my schedule time till I can see her. I request refill on my prescription thru my pharmacy and was denied, because I have to seen a doctor first. Nobody from a doctor office bother to call me, finally when I figure out what is taking so long, I call office and they couldn't schedule my appointment for another week. Slipshod medical practices. Medications grossly overprescribed. Appears to have only a limited knowledge of medical protocol and procedures except as they might apply to monetary self-enrichment.
Dr. Novak is wonderful. Her office staff has improved greatly, now that Trish is gone!

She is a very good and through doctor, she cares and is trust worthy, I have been seeing her for many years and will continue to do so :).
