The entire process from check in to being walked out to my car after my procedure was the most efficient and thorough experience I have ever had at a medical facility. Every person I encountered was professional and gave detailed explanations of the process. They made me feel comfortable, safe, and fully informed. To say I was impressed is an understatement

Couldn’t get an appointment for my wife with Dr. Lam until June or July. The reservation staff person (Angelica) tried to steer me away from making an appointment at all saying that Dr. Lam wasn’t accepting new patients then saying appointments were several months out. Then said Dr. Lam would have to agree to take on my wife as a patient. The staff person was not professional or respectful. Would be worthwhile listening to the recording if there is one. Best Dr with the worst office staff that has no regard or care for the patient. Cancel or reschedule appointments the day before appointment and tell you the times that are accommodating their needs and not the customer with no passion for their needs. Horrible customer service. Dr.Lam get new help.

I was referred to Dr. Lam by my surgeon because I specifically asked for a female. When I called to make an appointment, I was told Dr. Lams policy is that she will not see anyone that has ever seen another GI doctor before, even if was five years ago, even if it was a different practice. However, I can schedule with any of the male doctors at the practice. This is beyond frustrating and ridiculous.
