She’s a very good doctor, but she’s hard to get a hold of since she moved out of Santee so La Mesa and my toenails are getting worse and I need them cut soon. I hope she reads this message because I’ve been trying to contact her by phone and text I have to get this done soon or I’m gonna have to find another doctor or go to a nail salon and pay the money to get them cut. Dr Canaba completely vanished. She called 3 days before my appointment to tell me her office was moving. Never heard back from her and it's been 6 weeks. I know of 2 other people she has ghosted. Terribly unprofessional!
Been trying to make a appointment but they don't call you back. Finally got ahold of someone in the office but she said only the doctor can make appointments. Never heard from the doctor.
Dr. Canaba is kind, considerate, respectful and takes great care of my feet. She goes the extra mile by being patient with my ticklish feet. She takes care of ingrown toenails readily. Her staff is kind, respectful does her best. I most definitely feel cared for when I step into the office.
I recently had a disappointing experience during my fourth visit with Dr. Canaba. Despite having toenail polish on during three of my previous appointments — without issue or mention — I was unexpectedly turned away at this visit for the same reason. At no point during the earlier appointments was I advised that polish needed to be removed beforehand. Had I been informed, I would have gladly complied.
