I had the pleasure of working with Yves to find a house in the Hudson valley this Winter. He could not have been more helpful in assisting me in my search for a home. Always punctual, always informed about the listings we visited and always able to spot the defects or advantages of a property that the untrained eye might miss. He was a pleasure to work with and made house hunting both fun and productive. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Yves is the best! I wasn't able to make it out to NY to find an apartment prior to my move. Yves offered invaluable expertise and found me the perfect place within my budget.
