Was super upset yesterday. Yves Rocher is no longer in Ontario. Went the store, and it was closed. I asked one of the stores in the mall, and they vacated Sunday!!! I called the online number, and that's when I found it. No warning or any notification that this was going to happen...grrr!!! So anyone with points, etc, will not be able to use them now. It was my go-to store for years. Was nice to be able to purchase and try different products in store vs. online.

Big Thank You to the store manager! My wife was surprised by the response she had to a lost item.
