We really appreciate him taking his time and reading old visits notes, he noticed some changes on my son and referred us, he just said “maybe you don’t need this referral, but just to make sure” Tbh I wasn’t even worry, Well we needed those referrals and now my son is getting the right treatment.
Hello, I am writing to submit a complaint about Dr. Ives Benjamin Terrazas. My son had his 6 yr check up this morning and it was the most unpleasant visit I have ever had since being a Kaiser patient for the last 10 years. Dr. Terrazas was very rude and was unable to make my child, who is struggling with anxiety, feel comfortable around him. Dr. Terrazas was also disrespectful. I have had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Terrazas. He is very informative as to what he evaluates and why, discussing studies on the topics at hand so you can make a decision together using all the information available. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Terrazas is my son's Pediatrician and we love him! He's really friendly and answers all of my questions... which as a first time mom is really important.
