Ordered the Rainbow roll and Sakura roll for carry out during a Thursday afternoon with no other customers dining in, and one other customer ordering takeout. Time estimate was 15-20 min, but I ended up time bouncing between car and restaurant for a total wait of just shy of an hour. We opened up to eat it in the car from the extended wait and the fish on the sakura roll was gray, verging on pink, and tasted more of iron than fish with a bitter aftertaste after swallowing. Great food, great service, resonable prices! We have been going here for sometime & it doesn't get old. Bento boxes are resonably portioned too. My kids like getting the plain udon and an island roll...good stuff.
I've had so many noodle soups lately with flavorless blah broth. Here the broth was rich and amazing, the noodles freshly fresh delicious. Coupled with a cold Sapporo, my heart sang a little. Minus one star for slowwwww service, but I will be back to slurp another day.
