This is an excellent dental office. Dr. Gohard is wonderful, and her assistant Shamara is incredibly friendly with a great sense of humor
Skilled staff but too focused on generating revenue. They acquired the practice from a retiring dentist and immediately they began recommending procedures. Actually overheard staff talking about meeting their financial incentives. More about $ and less about my heath. Sadly, I can’t trust them. Moving on.
Unfortunately the practice has gone down hill since their merger. Constantly waiting 20+ min after appointment time for simple cleanings. Straw that broke the camel’s back was having to reschedule due to sickness and the receptionist couldn’t have been ruder. Time for a new dentist
