I had a 9am appointment, but she didn't walk into the room until 9:20 am. When she asked how wasI doing ,I asked why if I have a 9am appointment it took her 20 minutes to see me. Her answer was that she was doing paperwork. I then explained that my time was just as valuable as hers. She then stated that was doing paperwork until 9 pm the previous night. Although I won't be going back my suggestion to her is do you paperwork before or after scheduled appointments.
I really had an experience that was wonderful. I had a tooth pulled, a deep cleansing and a set of dentures done by Dr. Pupo. All procedures were done without any pain at all and I was left with the feeling that I should write this review because Dr. Pupo is just that kind of dentist that exceeds the gold standard of dentistry. Also the receptionist, Kelly, was great to deal with. Appointments were easy to get and timely, no waiting at all. Just a great experience overall.
I would give her 10 stars if I could! Dr. Pupo is gentle, patient & painless. I’ve been needing to get my wisdom teeth removed for years, and when I finally went to her she walked me through what to expect, and made the process a breeze. She is truly gifted on all fronts, her compassion is only second to her intelligence. I tell everyone who has a fear of the dentist that it’s because they’ve never met Dr. Pupo!!!
I needed to replace two old crowns and the process couldn’t have been any easier or better. 10/10 experience!!
