There are no signs at the entrance indicating where to queue; it simply states that it is a truck entrance. The female security guard at the gate was incredibly rude and acted like a bitter, disgruntled person. No matter what you asked, she would snap back aggressively with, "I don't know" or "I don't know anything." This place is absolute trash. From the guards, to the ppl at the window to the warehouse crew. I dread coming here. If I could id rate it 0 🌟's 👎

Muy mala experiencia no hay baños el lugar es muy pequeño tardan para cargar espere mas de 3 horas tienes que entrar de lado ciego el estacionamiento es muy difícil y mas cuando se encuentra lleno el de la mula no hace nada solo se enoja pero no ayuda

This place is awful; I do not recommend coming here. The service is bad; if you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment, they tell you to wait outside where there is no space, and there is no room to park inside. Even leaving the facility is a hassle—this place is a disaster.
