Great company with great benefits, lots of effort to show associate appreciation including yearly raises, yearly company outing (Kings Island, Columbus Zoo, etc..) quality bonus and Christmas bonus. I've worked here for going on 4 years. We've recently achieved an award from Honda for being in the top 3% of suppliers for quality and delivery. I've seen many people leave, only to come back some months later realizing that this is the best place to work in WCH.
I am starting my third week here. The guys on my line have been amazing! So helpful! Thank you for this wonderful oppurtunity!
Great place to work and offer decent bonuses and salary raises. Only down side is, depending on your department, expect to work TONS of overtime. Most Saturdays. Not all departments but many. The pay is WONDERFUL when you do tho!
