I took my Reiki II and Master courses with Ana and it was a wonderful experience! Ana truly is an energetic powerhouse while also having a lovely, caring touch. I felt so supported and guided through the class (and personal journey) with Ana. As a class, we worked at a pace that was ever evolving as it normally goes with energy work and spiritual classes — never once did I feel like I was being dragged through or left behind. I recently had a session with Ben at Bluebird Family Chiropractic. I felt the improvement all over. But the surprise was that it helped the pain in my wrist. He explained the interconnection of parts of the body. The wrist pain was connected to an old shoulder injury! I will be back!
