A good doctor, but not efficient at all!! There’s always a LONG wait in the waiting room. Appointment at 2 pm? You might be seen by 4 pm, if you’re lucky!!   Would be nice if the doctor showed respect for his patients by staying on schedule.

Hold your breath if you think anyone will call you back. It was a miracle that the medical secretary,Brandy, picked Jo the phone early one morning. If you left her a message, she will never call you back! Had a question for the Clinical team before my initial appointment, no one called me back. This practice is unreliable and unprofessional.

Referral for pain management was denied without a reason. It took 2 months to receive the denial. Since no one at the clinic, I got a Duke Patient Care advocate involved. When the Advocate contacted Dr. Dimon ... read more

Nothing has changed at Lake Norman Regional since Duke took over. Patients sit in waiting room in horrible pain, enough to pass out, for hours while patients that are well enough to play games on their phones get seen before an 85 year old in pain. Save yourself horrible pain, long waits and uncaring staff! Go somewhere else.
